All orders placed are pre-orders and will begin to ship July 1st, 2025.

Refunds: Email us within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a cancellation. But refunds are not guaranteed, especially if you want to cancel due to the shipping time. Shipping times are stated in each product page for you to review, and by completing a purchase, you agree to the shipping time. If issued a refund, it will be within 10-14 business days in order of communication. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank. You have 7 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

Shipping fees will not be refunded for any order.

All items are resold from the official merchandiser and we do not claim to own any associated brand rights. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge where the items are sourced from and agree that your order cannot be refunded for said reason.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you have been refunded for any orders, you may not make any additional purchases. If done, you forfeit the associated policies and are subject to a 30-45 holding period while we contact your bank.

The Vinyl is expressly stated to have a limit of 1 per customer. Purchasing multiple will forfeit your coverage from the associated policies. Additionally, multiple purchase will lead to a 45-60 day investigation. You are not eligible for a refund during the investigation but may be refunded after its completion.

Any order in an active chargeback dispute will not be shipped until the chargeback dispute is resolved with the relevant parties.

Shipping Disclaimers:

1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned “Delivered”. If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to validate.

6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.

8. Shipping fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable on any orders. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issue a return label via email; the cost will be deducted from your refund. If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we’ve received the returned order.
